DECIDE ON WHAT DESIGN YOU WANT
You can start with an existing design of ours and change each detail to your specifications or choose a completely new design from scratch by choosing your own cut, style, setting, color and size.
Based on your requirements, we will then provide you with a quote and a timeline for the entire process.
Here you can also tell us of any special requirements, such as engravings or special delivery requests.
CAD DEVELOPMENT AND APPROVAL
Once a design has been decided upon, we will create a CAD, which is a digital rendering of your ring based on your exact specifications within 3-5 days.
We would then send you a message or email with this file for your inspection and approval.
If you have chosen a design from our collection, this step will be skipped.
PRODUCTION IN PROGRESS
This is where the real magic begins!
After your approval, we will commence with production, taking the piece from a digital rendering into a real life piece of jewelry by moulding, casting, setting it with the required stones and final polish for that extra shine.
This process takes approximately 14 days.
QUALITY CHECK
After your piece is complete, we will carefully inspect the final output to ensure the metal, prongs and stones all hold up under stress and it is a piece worthy being proudly worn everyday.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
As excited as you are to see your piece, we’re even more excited to show it to you! We will send you a video of the finished piece just before it ships. All our items are shipped in our luxury branded boxes which are well insulated so you don’t have to worry about damage during shipping.
